The contract between you and Lumitec AI Ltd for use of Seller Foundation. Governing law: England and Wales.
These Terms are between you ("Customer") and Lumitec AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 16173119 ("Lumitec", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Seller Foundation is a set of Claude plugins and a backend MCP service that enables Claude to call the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API on your behalf. Your use of Claude is governed separately by Anthropic's terms; your use of Amazon APIs by Amazon's terms.
You must be authorised to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your license code and account credentials confidential. A license is paired with your Amazon OAuth grant; sharing a license does not grant access to another seller's store.
The service costs US$20 per month per Seller Central account, or US$200 per year. A 14-day free trial is provided without requiring a payment card. At the end of the trial, unless a card is on file, the license is automatically disabled.
Customer retains all rights to data pertaining to its Amazon business. Lumitec processes that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Lumitec does not use Customer data to train AI models.
We target 99.5% monthly availability for the MCP backend during beta, rising to 99.9% post-GA. Support is delivered by email at support@lumitec.ai during UK working hours.
Either party may terminate for any reason with written notice; Customer may cancel in-account. Lumitec may suspend an account for violation of Section 5 or non-payment. On termination, data is retained up to 30 days then hard-deleted.
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Lumitec's aggregate liability for any claim in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Seller Foundation is an independent product. Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, and Amazon Advertising are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. No endorsement by Amazon is implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
